Who is responsible

CyberShield Dev Solutions (cybersds.fr) is the data controller. Contact: cybershieldds@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

If you use the contact form: your name, your e-mail address, optionally your company and the topic of your request, and the message you write. Sole purpose: reading and answering your request. Nothing else, no resale, no advertising.

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your e-mail address, so we can send you occasional studio news. Every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link.

How long

Contact messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request, then at most 24 months for follow-up. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability: write to cybershieldds@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country (in France: the CNIL; in Romania: the ANSPDCP).

Where the data goes

Form submissions are relayed through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) which delivers the e-mails to us and stores the newsletter list. Resend is bound by standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU. No one else receives your data.

This site sets no tracking cookie and uses no third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts at build time and served from our own domain.
