cybersds.fr presents the services and work of CyberShield Dev Solutions, a software engineering studio. It is informational. Any engagement is formalised in a separate written agreement (quote, contract or statement of work).

2. Content

We keep the information current and accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranty of completeness. Metrics and project descriptions reflect our contribution as described in each case study.

3. Fair use

You may browse and quote the site with attribution. Reproducing its content, design or code for commercial purposes, scraping it, or submitting abusive or unsolicited bulk messages through the forms is prohibited.

4. Third-party links

Links to client products or external services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

5. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for damage arising from the use of this site, from its unavailability, or from decisions taken on the basis of its content.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first (cybershieldds@gmail.com). Failing that, the competent courts of Parakou (Republic of Benin) have exclusive jurisdiction.
